Berghotel Ebertswiese in Floh

Location is bomb, but the boss (greeting by the boss: take off your shoes before you come in!) .... I've never taken off my shoes in a hotel at the entrance! The staff is very rude and seems very annoyed (question to the waitress: can you please explain to me what the dish is ....? Answer of the waitress: why do I have to explain that to you ... you don't eat it anyway!) ! Without words!!!!!! I think it's a shame that such a beautifully located hotel is run by such people! So I would not recommend this house under this leadership and staff! We have already told our tour operator.

Only 3 stars ... because no toilet was open neither women nor men toilet! In a restaurant where there is nothing far and wide. When asked why the waitress only said that she was tired of explaining it! Not very hospitable! About the food: everything is ok ? Environment: great view

We recommend Nice mountain hotel in a very good location with its own parking lot. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food tasty and reasonably priced for the location. We were there for 4 days (family for hiking), the rooms were perfectly clean and tidy. We would love to come back.

Friends of the family are treated preferentially, although as a family of 3 we were already waiting for our seat allocation, it was the turn of the people who came after us. At the request of decency we were only looked at and ignored. We then left, so unfortunately I can't say anything about food and drinks. We will not visit this location again.

Our service was friendly and showed up at our table at reasonable intervals. The € 15 schnitzel had the snack quality described in the other recessions. Frozen goods from the deep fryer, the fish was of similar noble origin. Unfortunately you only have a view of the parking lot from the terrace, you don't see much of the forest and meadows.

total disaster, unfriendly boss (we have xxl location, but go somewhere else if you don't like it here), and a six-bed! room for 240 euros, many thanks too ...

Unfortunately, very unfriendly service. Drinks had to be taken from the ones that were brought and not the ones we had ordered. The price / performance ratio doesn't fit at all. For a deep-fried escalope 14 € are simply too much. With good service, you could still score here - but again, there is no such thing. The bottom line: beautiful location with a lot of potential upwards.

Maybe it was because we wanted something to eat after lunch. For the price on the menu, we thought everything would be fresh and homemade. Unfortunately we all agreed that it was 95% ready meal. TK warmed up. And too expensive for that. Apparently there is other food for lunch, otherwise there would be no positive reviews. In any case, we were very disappointed.

Snack at restaurant prices. Unfriendly service. We had to drink what it brought. Order didn't matter. Only the food was the right one but not acceptable for the price.

Nice secluded hotel on the Rennsteig with great service. We felt very comfortable. You should have visited the mountain lake 800m further

3 words check: gratitude, relief and security. Because we arrived very late with MTB, with "Berlin charm" ?. Top laundry service and delicious schnitzel with fries + toilet fries (from Klosteig) with apple sauce ? Very nice rooms. Location in pure nature with soothing tranquility. The breakfast was good and varied and we were able to take some provisions with us. At our request, Mr. Kühn also provided gluten-free delicious rolls in advance. Thank you for everything and good "Runst" until next time. Then we better divide the route ?

Super nice staff. Hearty and delicious food. In the evening I was stranded on the Ebertswiese and was still accepted - even without a reservation. Thank you so much! :-)

Nice service and good home cooking. We were on an e-bike tour and were warmly welcomed. Recharging the battery was also no problem.

Sprite 0.2 costs 4.50 and the bike bottle must not be refilled.

Very nice hotel with very nice service and delicious food. Nice view but the only flaws is that it is so remote ... with our car by a stone almost the brake broken. But all in all, really nice

Very nice location with good food

Very good value for money and honest delicious home cooking. The service is also very friendly and you sit in the outdoor area nice and quiet. For every hiking trip a good stop to rest and dine.
